Local Guide

Showcasing Charleston Icons

This Guided Tour lets riders experience Charleston’s biggest attractions! Riders will see Ravenel Bridge, Charleston Harbor Marina, Patriots Point, USS Yorktown, Shem Creek, & the Old Village on quiet local routes designed for the whole family.

Initially, this route parallels our Shores tour. First, we travel into the old village to Pitt St. Bridge with views of Fort Sumter. Next, we travel along Pitt Street to Shem Creek Park. Riders can expect to see popular restaurants, dockside bars, water sports, an active shrimp boat fleet, and regular dolphins.

From Shem Creek, we work our way toward the Ravenel Bridge. We skip traffic through quiet neighborhood streets and ride directly to Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park. Here, we take a trail to the USS Yorktown Naval aircraft carrier along a brand new connected walkway that includes meandering boardwalks and gravel pathways. There we will see the USS Yorktown, a submarine, and regular helicopter takeoffs & landing. After that, we ride the docks at the Charleston Harbor Marina. Perfection for boaters & wildlife lovers.

This route starts and finishes at our shop: 1470 Ben Sawyer Boulevard, STE 7, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
